Chapter 5: Choosing Your Tools
Using the Document Standard create a Document Template and tie it into your authoring software
Leverage Server Side Include technology to help maintain look and feel and simplify content creation
Add navigation as per your navigation model
Create Standard Graphics, put them in a common directory

 

Chapter 6: Training
• Train all of the content creators, content auditors, technical auditors, and publishers/site maintainers on the tools to increase their productivity
• Develop a specific training program for the company based on its technologies and skillset
• With a successful training program you have a number of authors that can publish good effective content using the document template and the document standard

 

Chapter 7: Deploying the Solutions
Get a proof of concept, test with small audiences, get feedback and make adjustments before the Full Public Release

Fixing and maintaining links
