| Shipping: All products ordered between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Delivery of your product will be dependant on the courier you choose and the type of service requested. If the product that you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail by the next business day. Out of stock orders will ship within 5 business days of your order date. When your order is shipped you will recieve an e-mail that confirms the shipment. If your product is shipped via courier the e-mail will also provide you with the shippers tracking number so you can monitor your product on its way to you. TrainingTools.com cannot guarentee delivery of your product. Once your product has been picked up by the shipper it is the responsiblity of the shipper to deliver the product to you. Returns: All requests for return must be pre-approved by TrainingTools.com. In general any unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. If the product has been opened and you ship it back, you will not recieve a refund of any kind! Refunds: We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Cancelling Orders: You can cancel any order prior to shipping.
